I am happy to announce that today I have completed a theme and brought it to real world testing. The name of the theme is MMCrisp and it is a lightweight, clean and simple theme with support for widgets in the sidebar and footer.

MMCrisp has a modular architecture that allows for easy implementation of child-themes. It is not a framework but the modularity will make your life easier if you wish to modify the MMCrisp without hacking it, thus allowing for less trouble with upgrades.

Of course the MMCrisp is released under the GPL license (v2, the same version as WordPress itself)
